Laughter Workshops

I am so excited to bring my laughter workshops to the Arty Farty Retreat run by the lovely Nell, read more about her here. Did you know that the more you laugh - the more you laugh? Once you start laughing on a regular basis, you will notice an increased sense of well-being and the health benefits you will gain include -

What happens at Laughter Yoga? Anyone can choose to laugh for no reason, without relying on jokes, humour or comedy. These workshops combine laughter exercises with yoga breathing, bringing more oxygen to the body and the brain, making you feel more energetic and healthy – instantly! We finish off with a grounding relaxation to send you back to your life feeling calm and relaxed. I look forward to giggling with you!
